Description

This will be a star-studded culinary experience at Area 31 in the Kimpton EPIC Hotel, as Mei Lin, Tiffani Faison, and Sezer Deniz unite to deliver a multi-course feast of innovation and artistry. Mei Lin, winner of Top Chef Season 12 and celebrated for her modern approach to Asian cuisine at her restaurant Nightshade, brings her meticulous techniques and flair for bold, inventive dishes. Joining her is fellow Top Chef alum and James Beard Award finalist Tiffani Faison, known for her signature Southern-inspired fare and her expanding Boston restaurant empire, which includes Sweet Cheeks and Orfano. Rounding out the trio is Sezer Deniz, the executive chef of Area 31, whose commitment to sustainable, locally sourced seafood is reflected in every bite.

With these three culinary talents at the helm, expect a menu that pushes the boundaries of flavor and creativity while you savor breathtaking views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay. This is a one-of-a-kind dining experience that promises to leave a lasting impression.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
