What charity does SOBEWFF® support?

EAT. DRINK. EDUCATE. 100% of net proceeds benefit the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management’s Wine Spectator Restaurant Management Laboratory and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center at Florida International University. To date, the Festival has raised more than $40+ million for the School and each year more than 1,200 students utilize the Festival as an interactive educational platform to gain real-world experience in the hospitality industry.
