Niven Patel, celebrated for his farm-to-table approach highlighting Indian-inspired cuisine, teams up with Maneet Chauhan, known for her fearless fusion of Indian and Southern flavors and her prominent role as a judge on Food Network’s Chopped. Together, they’ll whip up a multi-course feast that beautifully blends tradition with innovation. Each dish will tell a story, from Patel’s fresh, locally sourced ingredients to Chauhan’s daring yet comforting flavor combinations.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
