These two culinary titans, Iron Chef Michael Symon and Top Chef Esther Choi, are teaming up to take over Miami’s beloved KYU, now back in action after nearly two years! With Symon’s James Beard Award-winning expertise and legendary status from Iron Chef America, paired with Choi’s culinary mastery that has wowed audiences on Top Chef, Iron Chef, and Last Chef Standing, this dinner is set to be nothing short of extraordinary. Expect bold flavors, fiery techniques, and a fusion of their distinctive styles that will light up your palate and leave a lasting impression. When these two kitchen masters join forces, you know you're in for a feast as unforgettable as their résumés!

Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee that tickets purchased within the same transaction will be seated together. 100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
