Description
Antonia Lofaso, known for her impressive run on Top Chef and her success as a restaurateur, joins forces with Brooke Williamson, the youngest female chef to ever cook at the James Beard House and winner of Top Chef: Season 14. Pastry chef Zac Young, famous for his inventive desserts and appearances on Top Chef: Just Desserts, adds a sweet flair to the evening, while local chef Christopher Aguirre brings his expertise and passion for Miami’s vibrant food scene to the table. Together, this team of celebrated chefs will craft a one-of-a-kind menu that blends creativity, bold flavors, and impeccable technique. Set against the stunning skyline views at Area 31, this dinner promises to be a memorable fusion of talent and taste.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
