Prepare for a captivating evening of culinary mastery at the long-awaited and recently opened Mother Wolf Miami, hosted by renowned chefs Evan Funke and Amanda Freitag. Evan Funke, celebrated for his dedication to traditional Italian pasta making and the success of his restaurant Felix Trattoria, brings his unparalleled craftsmanship to the table. Joining him is Amanda Freitag, a fan-favorite judge from Chopped and Iron Chef America competitor, admired for her approachable yet sophisticated cuisine. Together, they will curate a menu that showcases their expertise in Italian and American flavors, blending artisanal techniques with modern culinary flair. Set in the chic ambiance of Mother Wolf, this dinner promises an exciting journey of creativity and passion, where each course reflects the chefs’ unique mastery.

Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee that tickets purchased within the same transaction will be seated together. The Festival cannot guarantee the accommodation of specific dietary requirements (including preferences and allergies) at this event. 100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
