Evan Funke, celebrated for his dedication to traditional Italian pasta making and the success of his restaurant Felix Trattoria, brings his unparalleled craftsmanship to the table. Joining him is Amanda Freitag, a fan-favorite judge from Chopped and Iron Chef America competitor, admired for her approachable yet sophisticated cuisine. Together, they will curate a menu that showcases their expertise in Italian and American flavors, blending artisanal techniques with modern culinary flair. Set in the chic ambiance of Mother Wolf, this dinner promises an exciting journey of creativity and passion, where each course reflects the chefs’ unique mastery.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
