Evan Funke, celebrated for his dedication to traditional Italian pasta and his acclaimed restaurant Felix Trattoria, partners with the legendary Marc Vetri, a culinary innovator and the first American chef to be awarded a coveted Michelin star for his exceptional Italian cuisine. Vetri is known for his vibrant dining experiences and mastery of Italian flavors, having built a reputation for creativity and quality at his acclaimed restaurants, including Vetri Cucina and Osteria. Together, they will craft a menu that beautifully showcases Funke’s artisanal pasta skills alongside Vetri’s flavorful and inventive dishes. The Festival cannot guarantee the accommodation of specific dietary requirements (including preferences and allergies) at this event. 100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
