Uchi, known for its innovative approach to Japanese cuisine, Kissaki with its elevated and refined sushi artistry, MILA Omakase with its bold, vibrant flavors, and Mr. Omakase, famed for its intimate, masterful presentations,and last but not least, Sushi By Scratch, known for its 17-course tasting menus, pushes culinary boundaries while preserving the authenticity of traditional techniques. 100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
