Olivia Ostrow, celebrated for her expertise in kosher dining, teams up with Adeena Sussman, whose vibrant Mediterranean and Israeli-inspired creations have earned her acclaim in kitchens worldwide. Together, they will craft a multi-course menu that showcases seasonal ingredients, infused with their signature styles and a touch of modern flair. Set in the intimate ambiance of Ostrow Brasserie, this evening will be filled with warm hospitality, delicious surprises, and a true celebration of kosher cuisine that you won’t want to miss!

Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee that tickets purchased within the same transaction will be seated together. The Festival cannot guarantee the accommodation of specific dietary requirements (including preferences and allergies) at this event. 100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
