Together, they will craft a multi-course menu that showcases seasonal ingredients, infused with their signature styles and a touch of modern flair. Set in the intimate ambiance of Ostrow Brasserie, this evening will be filled with warm hospitality, delicious surprises, and a true celebration of kosher cuisine that you won’t want to miss!

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
