Born and raised in the heart of Montpellier, France, Chef Christopher Robert is the culinary maestro creating exceptional dining experiences at Queen Miami Beach. Christopher’s journey into the culinary world began at an early age, nurtured by his parents who were both esteemed restaurateurs. This foundational exposure to the culinary arts kindled his passion for cooking. Christopher’s professional journey began in Lyon, at the acclaimed L’Arc en Ciel, where he honed his skills during a pivotal year as the restaurant’s Chef de Partie. He then progressed to the role of Sous Chef at the popular French eatery, La Banane, before joining his family’s catering business specializing in traditional French cuisine In 2015, Christopher ventured to Miami, starting at Coconut Grove’s beloved Greenstreet as Sous Chef. The following year, he joined the culinary team at Zuma Miami, excelling as Sous Chef. His upward trajectory continued with his appointment as Chef de Cuisine at Azabu two years later. Amidst the challenges brought on by the pandemic, Christopher’s entrepreneurial spirit shone through, leading him to launch his own private chef service. In 2022, Chef Christopher embraced a brand-new role, becoming the Executive Chef at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay, where he steered the kitchen for nearly two years. His visionary leadership, creative flair, and unwavering dedication turned the restaurant into a revered culinary destination. Today, Chef Christopher Robert brings his extensive expertise and innovative vision to Queen Miami Beach, an elite dining oasis founded by the prestigious Mr. Hospitality Miami. As the Executive Chef, he leads the restaurant’s talented culinary team, enriching the menu with his unique blend of diverse traditions, international influences, and uncompromising excellence. For Chef Christopher Robert, true culinary mastery is about sparking a passion for food in every guest. With a relentless dedication to quality and innovation, Christopher crafts each dish with meticulous precision, transforming every plate into a visually stunning and delectable masterpiece.
