Giuseppe Manco
Giuseppe Manco is an award-winning chef/pizzaiolo, winner of 2014 Best Pizza Napoletana @ Las Vegas Pizza Expo, winner of 2017 Best Pan Pizza @ Las Vegas Pizza Expo, 3rd Place of 2023 Pizza Napoletana @ Las Vegas Pizza Expo. Born and raised in Naples, Italy, the birthplace of pizza, Manco grew up in his family’s restaurant and was inspired by cooking and hospitality from an early age. As a child he dreamed of being an internationally famous pizzaiolo, a dream he would one day fulfill.
Since he moved in US he had the honor to work with celebrity Chef Donatella Arpaia for a few years, to build his own restaurants in NYC Mani In Pasta, that had received numerous acclaims and Critics Review like the one from NY Magazine. He moved to Florida in 2022 and since October 2023 you can find him running between the kitchen and the beautiful Neapolitan Brick oven of the beautiful San Matteo Italian Restaurant & Bar in Estero, FL where he’s the Executive Chef and Co-owner along with his wife Eleonora Calvacchi and their longtime Best Friend and business partner Chef Fabio Casella Chef-Founder of San Matteo Group.
