Born and raised in the melting pot of Australia, Chef Janine Booth soon set off to travel the world with various pit stops in Europe and Asia. After expanding her world view and culinary skills, Booth later settled down in Miami – another melting pot – where she cooked in some of the city’s most renowned restaurants. She went on to compete in the award-winning show Top Chef alongside 18 other chefs. After major successes including features on Forbes’ and Zagat’s “30 under 30” lists, Booth moved to Miami to expand their brand. Booth and her husband partnered with local restaurant group Grove Bay Hospitality Group, and now both run the kitchens with a successful portfolio of restaurants including Root & Bone Miami, Miami’s Stiltsville Fish Bar and Mi’talia Kitchen & Bar.
