Born in Venezuela into a Spanish Family Chef Jean Drew began developing his love for food. This was because his father owned a well-known restaurant in Venezuela. He grew up around the industry tasting and being inspired by some of the top chefs from his country. At the age of 24 he moved to the United States and began taking his culinary skills into a new environment. Chef Jean Drew is passionate not only about food, but about flavor and its ability to create a story on one’s palate. He has been working at Le Chick for a year as an Executive Chef. He brings a creative mind and talent to the unique direction and vision of Le Chick as a whole.
