Her hospitality career was launched at Marriott International, working her way up from Beach Server, to Sales Coordinator, to Controller. Karla has been a Restauranteur every since. Fourteen years as business owner, she consistently pursues high-quality standards in products and customer service.

In 2019, Karla created the brand Holy Avocado, a revolutionary, healthy fast-food concept with the main purpose to keep society healthy, with clean and fresh ingredients. Avocado is the star superfood used in all items in Holy Avocado’s menu, providing enormous health benefits to customers. The purpose is to incorporate Avocados into people’s diets, in food items everyone has always liked to eat.

Holy Avocado is the next Fast Food generation, a concept to help people improve their eating habits, being part of the movement to eliminate harmful -fast junk food chains- that has been so bad to everyone in the las 4 decades.
