Chef Kevin DeLuca is thrilling his large following and acquiring new, excited customers by creating many of his most popular dishes and serving them from his mobile restaurant, CHEF K’S PROVISIONS. Much more than a food truck, Chef Deluca built his custom restaurant on wheels so he could give everyone the opportunity to experience his fine dining cuisine. Some past clients and events include Pembroke Pines Police Department, Vero Beach Air Show with Blue Angels, US Secret Service, Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office, Key Lime Festival, local athletes and more. Featured in Boca Raton Observer (September 2020) amongst other local amazing food trucks.
Chef DeLuca has created an assortment of appetizers, entrees and desserts that are inspired by his travels throughout Asia and various regions of the US. He changes his menus on a regular basis which encourages patrons from around the community to come back for more.
A renowned chef and successful restaurant and banquet manager, Chef DeLuca has been recognized for creating new, innovative and inspired menus which have received rave reviews. In addition to his imaginative cuisine, he has raised the standard of excellence in food preparation, quality and service at 4-star/diamond luxury hotels and resorts in Cambridge, Massachusetts and throughout Florida.
Chef DeLuca began his career working for individual restaurants and transitioned to 4-star luxury hotels and resorts. The first was the Hyatt Regency Hotel (Cambridge, MA) where Chef DeLuca supervised a Kosher banquet kitchen, served as Sous Chef for Jonah’s Seafood Café and was chosen to serve on the opening team for the Park Hyatt Philadelphia. During his 10 years at the Hyatt, he refined his skills under Executive Chefs Janos Kiss (Corporate), Brad Ozerdem Senior Dir of Culinary Ops New England Patriots, Eric Howson and Steve Jayson (currently Corporate Chef VP at Universal Studios).
Promoted to Executive Chef at the Boston/Cambridge Royal Sonesta Hotel, Chef DeLuca directed a 120-seat restaurant, established a 24-hour room service operation and won 2nd and 3rd place awards at the prestigious Boston Harbor Chowder Fest, surpassing 14,000 participants each year. Chef DeLuca was chosen to elevate culinary operations and service in their Curacao, NA and New Orleans, LA properties.
Chef DeLuca moved to Florida and lent his culinary expertise at Mobil 4-star/ Diamond Hotels and Resorts which included the Trump International Sonesta Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach as Executive Sous Chef under Executive Chef Kurtis Jantz, the St. Regis Hotel under Chef Toby Joseph and the Riverside Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. In 2019 Chef DeLuca was appointed Executive Chef at West Boca Medical Center in Boca Raton with Morrison part of the Compass Group.
On August 2021 Chef DeLuca was inducted into the Marquis, Who’s Who in The United States.
