Chef Alejandro Castro was born in Caracas, Venezuela, where he completed his education and graduated in 2014. He then moved to Miami, Florida, to pursue culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu, graduating in 2016.

Eager to expand his culinary knowledge, Chef Alejandro traveled to Girona, Spain, where he worked as a Line Chef at the two-Michelin-star restaurant Llançà until 2017...

Eager to expand his culinary knowledge, Chef Alejandro traveled to Girona, Spain, where he worked as a Line Chef at the two-Michelin-star restaurant Llançà until 2017.

In 2018, he relocated to Panama, serving as a restaurant consultant for Mano de Tigre Casa Casco for one year.

Upon returning to the United States in 2019, he completed his culinary studies with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Southern Illinois University.
