The creation of Cluckin Right chicken was first conceptualized when founder and owner, Mathieu Saint Louis decided to bring his famous chicken wings that are a family and friends favorite to the general public. Initially beginning to sell at the local Wynwood Brewery for Super Bowl Sunday in 2021. Jumbo chicken wings combined with Saint Louis’s secret seasoning and four homemade sauces, Cluckin right chicken was born. Quality and simplicity are two foundational pillars that Cluckin Right Chicken stands on, placing the focus on quality ingredients along with simple backyard style cooking as Saint Louis usually works completely solo handling everything from prep to onsite cooking.
