Sala’o combines its Cuban roots & seafood with an homage to the honorary Cuban himself, Ernest Hemingway and his book “The Old Man and the Sea”. In this little corner of Miami’s popular Calle Ocho, you are transporting yourself to a dimly lit ambiance reminiscent of the early 1950’s.
